The self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto, Craig Wright is not going to be subject to court sanctions and has been cleared to present an expert witness in support of his claim of autism. According to documents from the court file earlier this week on the 24th of June, the United States district judge Beth Bloom ruled against emotion that the Kleiman Legal team filed at the end of last month in May requesting that sanctions be imposed rather than proceeding to trial.
Judge Bloom conceded that the Kleiman team raised allegations of unsettling issues in regards to the credibility of behaviour of Craig Wright. She concluded and ruled that all the claims are best suited for a jury to make as fact-finder at the trial and are not the reason for the court to impose sanctions.
Following this, Wright came up with a motion of his own, requesting a licensed clinical psychologist appear as an expert witness.
According to Wright, he said that his witness had diagnosed him with autism which needed to be taken into account when assessing his inconsistent statements to the court.
The judge ruled that the autism defence cleared to proceed at this point.
Tweeting in support of Craig, the bitcoin SV billionaire benefactor, Calvin Ayre gave his public support for Wright following the decision from the judge.
Judge in Kleiman case kicked out all Kleiman and backers attempts to short circuit a trial on their weak case so Craig will get his day in court. Craig will win all his cases now.— Calvin Ayre (@CalvinAyre) June 24, 2020
