In an interesting development, it looks like the goldbug, Peter Schiff has lost all of his Bitcoin.
Taking to Twitter over the weekend, Schiff posted an image of his crypto wallets login screen but it seems he couldn’t actually gain access to the wallet so he’s ‘lost all his bitcoin’.
The well-known Bitcoin naysayer has taken to social media many a time to make the leading cryptocurrency look bad in the eyes of his 181k followers.
I just lost all the #Bitcoin I have ever owned. My wallet got corrupted somehow and my password is no longer valid. So now not only is my Bitcoin intrinsically worthless; it has no market value either. I knew owning Bitcoin was a bad idea, I just never realized it was this bad! pic.twitter.com/6SJvDJOZU6

Drama on Crypto Twitter
It didn’t take long for Anthony Pompliano, co-founder & partner at Morgan Creek Digital to respond to Schiff in was seemingly just an error. Pomp called out Schiff saying that he had actually just simply forgotten his password and that it was not his wallets fault that the bitcoin he had had been lost into the ether.
I did not forget my password. Read my tweet. My wallet forgot my password.

There seem to be two only possibilities here really. The first being the one Pomp has made clear in that Schiff just forgot his password and nothing more, nothing less. If what Schiff is saying is true though, he could be using a scammy wallet that just stole the funds of Schiff’s account.
It will be interesting to see how this situation plays out. For more news on this and other crypto updates, keep it with CryptoDaily!
