Simply put, the project aims to establish a successful business model for building a charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Russia and beyond, fostering a community, and generating profit collectively. Our team is currently among the top in Russia when it comes to manufacturing, setting up, and managing charging stations. We've developed a range of our own products that support all major protocols, and we've also created our own app. Our stations have been certified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and are deployed across Russia. Additionally, our experts serve as consultants for relevant ministries. Years of experience in this field have given us a deep understanding of the Russian charging station market and the skills needed for ongoing operations. To execute the technical aspects of the project, we use a token on the TON network. The issuance of this token is linked to the installation of charging stations. Moreover, the token can be "mined" when a station connects to the Portal Network hub. Thus, charging stations not only provide power for electric vehicles but also mine tokens, enabling multi-level functionality that supports overall project growth. All revenue from electricity sales (including both general network and mining) is shared among liquidity holders on DEX. Once the project achieves a certain scale, token issuance will cease, leading to a steady increase in its value, which enhances the project's economic appeal for token holders.
How does it all function?
We've created an interactive map where electric car owners can suggest locations where they’d like a charging station and provide their contact details for us to verify the spot. We reach out to these individuals to confirm their need for the station at the suggested location. Once confirmed, we prepare and install the charging station there, ensuring it will have long-term use. The community acts not only as a reliable source of information but also as a key management component. However, effective operation requires several tools. Every community member must understand how management works and be able to participate in all processes fully. We employ a token (POE) to digitally represent the charging station network. The token issuance is linked to the stations themselves—we release tokens equal to the station's cost plus installation at the current exchange rate and sell them either through a decentralized exchange or in the app at a fixed price with specific restrictions detailed at purchase time. Tokens can also be "mined" via charging stations. If a station owner wishes to participate in POE token "mining," they connect to our hub and begin data exchange. The station then acts as a miner, with the miner’s income tied to the entire network’s revenue, receiving a proportional amount of tokens. All network income from the charging stations is distributed in USDT among liquidity holders on the exchange platform according to their share in the pool, and holders also gain additional profit from exchange transactions. Contributing meaningful work to project development is valuable, and those who do so are rewarded. We identify three types of valuable work: community development tasks, tool development tasks, and station network development tasks. Other value-adding areas might be introduced in the future. Beyond its financial aspects, the token also serves as a management tool, allowing token holders to directly contribute to project development. All features are available in our Portal Network application.
