Modex, a holistic Web 3 solution for digital assets, is partnering with FIFA+ Collect Club to launch its second NFT drop, allowing holders to collect benefits and artefacts from the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup 2023 in Saudi Arabia. The latest NFT drop follows the groundbreaking exclusive NFT Drop on December 11, which saw an astonishing 100 NFTs sell out in less than 3 hours.

In a team statement to our desk, Modex will launch its second NFT airdrop for FIFA+ Collect Club VIP membership card holders. The drop will offer VIP members future benefits including a special NFT airdrop of the  FIFA Club World Cup Saudi Arabia 2023™ NFT Pack on December 26. All VIP Membership cardholders with active membership on December 26 will receive an airdrop containing a key moment from the tournament. Notably, two of these moments will grant exclusive tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ and FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ finals in the USA.

Other benefits for VIP members include the Adidas adiClub Level 4 membership, a membership that is achievable by earning over 9,000 points in the Adidas goods store or spending at least $900 within the store.

More NFTs to launch on Opensea

Adding to the exclusive NFT Drop for FIFA+ Collect VIP members, Modex will also unveil an NFT collection on Opensea on December 19, 11 AM EST. The collection will feature 900 unique NFTs that will feature VIP experiences and physical items from the FIFA Club World Cup 2023™. NFT holders will receive an exclusive VIP Experience and will discover the specific benefits associated with their NFTs when they mint them.

The benefits for users who mint the exclusive NFTs on Opensea include a ticket to “The Best FIFA Football Awards”, a premier ceremony that celebrates the best footballers across 2023, and a ticket for a VIP Visit with a FIFA Legend to the FIFA Museum in Zurich.

Apart from the tickets, NFT holders will also have a chance to win several artefacts from the FIFA Club World Cup 2023™ including signed yellow and red cards from referees on the tournament’s roster, corner flags signed by team captains present at the tournament, whistles, and  812 uniquely numbered posters representing each team from FIFA Club World Cup 2023™ Saudi Arabia with 7 unique designs.

A successful first Modex and FIFA Collect Club NFT drop

Modex partnered with FIFA+ Collect Club for a successful NFT drop earlier this month, selling out 100 NFTs in less than three hours. The FIFA+ Collect Club's limited edition NFT Membership Cards, priced at $999 each, witnessed an overwhelming response, selling out within three hours of the primary sale.

Launched in September 2022, FIFA+ Collect Club has so far conducted 11 NFT drops, minting nearly 1 million digital collectibles and over 16,000 participants have minted these NFTs. According to Romy Gai, FIFA’s Chief Business Officer, these collections aim at “providing football fans with a unique and innovative way to connect with the sport, while also contributing to the growth of the digital collectibles market.”
