The chief executive officer of OKEx, Jay Hao has recently highlighted that customer service is a vital aspect of any business adding that the customer is king.

Many crypto blockchain companies are still learning the ropes when it comes to operating a successful business in such a nascent industry.

As many runners of these kinds of businesses will know/come to know, is that customer feedback is such a crucial part of development. Hao explained that without customers and their feedback and suggestions, they would miss a lot of things in the long run.

Hao further went on to mention that companies can get valuable insight from users. He said it’s like we are building something in our very own garage, not knowing what’s going on in the outside world. This was in regards to customer feedback and perspective outside of your own little bubble.
