New IOTA/USDT Pairing Contract to Go Live This Week
  • The IOTA/USDT perpetual contract will be going live on Binance Futures on the 12th of February.
  • This gives users the opportunity to select up to 50x leverage.

It has been announced earlier today that one of the biggest crypto platforms in the world, Binance are getting ready to launch IOTA perpetual contracts on its popular futures trading network.

The IOTA/USDT perpetual contract will be going live on Binance Futures on the 12th of February, this week. The trading operation for a pair of perpetual contracts will be launching on the platform at 8 am UTC. This gives users the opportunity to select up to 50x leverage.

This comes after Binance Futures trading platform introduced ONT/USDT perpetual contracts which gave users of the token the same leverage option.

Such a contract gives you the ability to hold a position for a specific - yet unknown - amount of time. This kind of futures contract doesn’t have an expiry date on it either and the similar pricing and settlement process to training pairs on the traditional spot markets.

Ever since the platform is established, perpetual contracts for different kinds of crypto trading pairs have been launched. In fact, recently BNB/USDT, ATOM/USDT, XTZ/USDT, TRX/USDT, ETC/USDT, LINK/USDT, XLM/USDT, ADA/USDT and ZEC/USDT pairs were launched on the crypto platform.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Keep your eye on Binance tomorrow for when the new IOTA/USDT pair is launched!
