A Few Blockchain Events To Keep Your Eye On This Year

We’re in the second half of the year now and if you’re like me, the end of September is basically just the start of the countdown until Christmas. But that doesn’t mean crypto is going to be taking a break.

Far from it in fact.

This year alone has been a big year for the space. If we take a look at the bitcoin price, we can see it’s flying up and around the $10k mark and has bn for most of the summer. There are many events in the pipeline all over the world for crypto enthusiasts and today, that’s exactly what we're going to look at.

Blockchain Week Korea

Happening right now is Blockchain Week South Korea, being held from 27th September - 4th October.

This week-long collection of conferences and crypto events is a celebration of crypto’s huge development and progress and strategy session for its future proliferation.

There will be several speakers at the event including the founder and CEO of Galaxy Digital Capital Management, Michael Novogratz and the co-founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin set to make an appearance.

San Francisco Blockchain Week

On the other side of the world is the San Francisco Blockchain Week happening from 28th October to 3rd November.

This event will see several blockchain startups brought together in a single space to celebrate crypto & blockchain.

As reported by CryptoSlate there will be “more than 5,000 participants, 350 companies, and 240 speakers, the event is a compelling opportunity to participate in the next steps for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.”

Founder and CIO of Polychain Capital, Jill Carlson will be there and once again, Vitalik Buterin will be taking part.

There are plenty more crypto and blockchain events to get involved with this year and so we’ll be back tomorrow to list the rest!

It will be interesting to see how the above events go, however. For more news on this and other crypto updates, keep it with CryptoDaily!
