The Jaxx wallet is in beta, and is being developed by Kryptokit. It is an Ether, Ether Classic, Dash, DAO, Litecoin, REP and Bitcoin wallet. Although this wallet is still in the development stage, there are many philosophies that they stand by which ensures that your cryptocurrencies remain safe and secure. They will never access or hold onto user funds, and ensure that they offer a client-side security model, with private keys that are hosted locally, and never sent to any servers. The place a lot of focus on their design, to ensure that they offer their customers simple, attractive user interfaces and experiences. Should the wallet ever go down, or cease to exist, they have standards in place which will ensure that your keys can be important into another service, so you do not lose out. They understand the importance of removing friction points wherever this is possible, and will never require their users to input any personal information, including email addresses. Their goal is to make the Jaxx Bitcoin and Ethereum wallet the default wallet of choice for everyone, by focusing on the look and feel across all devices, making this the same for everyone, as well as having great customer service, security, design and user experience. The wallet has many features that back up the aforementioned goals, including a single master seed backup, the ability to easily switch between Bitcoin and Ethereum; Single Screen Operation, which means that all wallet functions will work on a single screen, meaning that there is no more flipping between send and receive screens. Devices can be paired easily by scanning a pairing token or inputting seed, and a single code base is used across all devices. This ensures that rapid integration of new features across all versions and devices with minimal customisation. They also have a maximum spend feature as well, which can be customised to your needs.
