KuCoin Adds Arc Support as Network Launches Mainnet
KuCoin has integrated Arc as the blockchain network launches its mainnet, allowing eligible users of the crypto exchange to transfer USDC directly between the two platforms from launch.
The integration makes KuCoin a mainnet launch partner for Arc and gives users another network option for moving USDC into onchain applications. Arc is designed around financial use cases including payments, treasury management, tokenized assets and programmable finance.
For individual users, direct support through KuCoin reduces the number of steps required to move USDC onto Arc and access supported applications within its ecosystem. Businesses and institutions can similarly use the integration as an additional route for funding eligible onchain activity with USDC.
The launch comes as exchanges increasingly serve as access points between established digital asset markets and blockchain networks designed to support financial activity. Providing exchange connectivity from mainnet launch gives Arc users a direct route between KuCoin's existing market infrastructure and applications operating on the new network.
“The next phase of blockchain adoption will be defined not only by what can be built onchain, but by how reliably users and institutions can access it,” said BC Wong, CEO of KuCoin. “As one of the first global exchanges to support Arc at mainnet launch, KuCoin is helping connect established digital-asset markets with emerging infrastructure for real-world financial activity. Early exchange support helps establish the accessibility, trust and market connectivity needed for traditional and onchain finance to work together at scale.”
The Arc integration adds to the network options available through KuCoin as the exchange expands access to supported onchain applications.
