Robinhood Chain Beats Ethereum in Daily Revenue as Memecoin Trading Surges
Apps on Robinhood Chain earned about $2.66 million over 24 hours on Aug. 30, exceeding Ethereum's roughly $1.27 to $1.28 million in the same window. The result put the newly launched network second among those tracked, behind only Solana, and points to a surge in memecoin trading rather than its original tokenized-stock proposition.

App revenue tops Ethereum as Robinhood Chain ranks behind Solana
Robinhood Chain applications earned about $2.66 million over 24 hours, behind Solana’s $5.07 million but ahead of every other network tracked in the cited DeFiLlama data, according to CoinDesk.
Ethereum applications generated roughly $1.27 to $1.28 million in the same 24-hour window, a separate CoinDesk report said. The figures are application revenue—money apps earn from users—rather than revenue collected by Robinhood itself.
GMGN, Pons and Uniswap account for 88% of Robinhood Chain app revenue
Revenue was concentrated among three applications. GMGN, Pons and Uniswap generated about 88% of Robinhood Chain's total app revenue during the cited 24-hour period.
The concentration coincided with an all-time high of 5.52 million transactions in one day and roughly $875 million in decentralized-exchange trading on Aug. 30. Uniswap accounted for a large share of that activity, recording about $432 million through its newest version and another $357 million through the previous one, CoinDesk reported.
Those figures show that the revenue reading was tied to intensive on-chain trading activity, with a small group of apps capturing most of the money paid by users.
Pons token launches underline the memecoin shift from tokenized stocks
Pons lets users create and trade a new token directly from their crypto wallet. About 22,600 tokens were launched through the app in one day on Aug. 30, up more than 40% from the day before.
That activity sits uneasily alongside Robinhood Chain's stated launch focus. The Ethereum-compatible network launched on July 1, 2026, with tokenized stocks as its flagship use case, yet memecoins had already become its defining use case despite the network being built around tokenized real-world assets, according to CoinDesk.
The Aug. 30 revenue ranking therefore reflects a trading-led moment in the network's early life: Solana remained the only tracked chain above Robinhood Chain, while GMGN, Pons and Uniswap supplied about 88% of its app revenue.
