With ASI Hub, SingularityNET Enables Secure, Verifiable Trust For Decentralized AI Systems

SingularityNET, an ambitious startup that’s building an ecosystem to accelerate growth in decentralized artificial intelligence, said today it has cemented a key partnership with the crypto encryption pioneer Mind Network

Together, they’re launching a new service called ASI Hub, one of the most important initiatives to come out of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance or ASI Alliance, which was founded last year by SingularityNET, Fetch.AI, Ocean Protocol and Cudos. It’s designed to solve key challenges around secure AI agent identification and guaranteed randomness.

The new technology leverages Mind Network’s expertise in fully homomorphic encryption or FHE, which is a novel technique for encrypting data in such a way that it can still be computed on, without decrypting it first. With FHE, sensitive data can remain secure as it’s being processed, making it an extremely valuable tool for highly regulated industries ranging from finance to healthcare.

“Fully Homomorphic Encryption has the potential to serve as a core component of decentralized AI, guiding us toward a reality where privacy and innovation evolve hand in hand,” said SingularityNET Chief Executive Dr. Ben Goertzel. “We're taking another important step to explore how FHE can be woven into AI ecosystems to support synthetic intelligence to be free, secure and mathematically brilliant.”

With the ASI Hub, decentralized AI developers have a way to generate cryptographically secure trust, so users can authenticate the trusted nature of their services without compromising any sensitive information. As an added benefit, the ASI Hub also supports on-chain verifiable randomness, which means decentralized AI systems can generate random outcomes that can be verified by any user. This is critical to the algorithmic decision-making mechanisms used by many AI models, as it eliminates the risk of external manipulation to provide strong and transparent guarantees over their fairness.

By leveraging the ASI Hub, decentralized AI services will be able to protect against impersonation and prove they’re capable of tamper-resistant decision-making. Moreover, users can verify their status in a private way. In essence, it provides a much-needed trustless and privacy-first infrastructure layer that can be leveraged by any decentralized AI system or application.

Mind Network CEO Christian Pusateri stressed the importance of having verifiable AI agent identities, saying they are vital to ensure tamper-proof, on-chain randomness for AI decision-making, governance and training processes.

“This collaboration marks a significant advancement in establishing a privacy-first decentralized AI ecosystem,” he added.

The launch of the ASI Hub comes in the run up to Mind Network’s eagerly anticipated token generation event, and to drum up support for that key milestone, it’s simultaneously reaching out to the crypto and AI communities with a series of engagement initiatives.

Called the Pre-TGE Wave, the initiatives include the launch of AI agent asset support, which paves the way for the Fetch.AI community to participate in the ASI Hub and earn vFHE rewards as an incentive. The rewards are available for FET token holders on both BNB Chain and Ethereum, with participation just a simple matter of users connecting their wallets to the Mind Network dApp.
