The number of trading pairs available on the Bitstamp exchange continues to increase. As promised, ether is now the latest digital currency to feature on our platform, and will be made available for trading with BTC, USD and EUR as of today. The inclusion of ether on our exchange has enjoyed significant support from our clients. To mark its launch, all ether trades on the Bitstamp platform will be FREE until 1 October.
Further generous discounts, as detailed in the table below, will be available until the end of the year.

Ether deposits and withdrawals will commence today at 09.00 hrs (UTC), with full trading functionalities opening at 13.00 hrs (UTC). Multi-sig ETH wallets provided by Bitgo will be used to secure our customers' ether funds. Unified Fees The launch of ether trading support at Bitstamp comes hot on the heels of the unveiling of the exchange’s new unified fee schedule. This will make our pricing much simpler and more cost-effective for our customers. So, there you have it. There really has been no better time to trade at Bitstamp.
