The regulatory requirements include significant capital reserve obligations, regular regulatory reviews, monthly independent verification of reserve assets, oversight of operational processes, and annual audits of reserve holdings. Additionally, stablecoin reserve assets are safeguarded from bankruptcy by being maintained in segregated accounts held in trust by PDS for the benefit of USDG holders.
