According to reports out today, the Australian Government have agreed on a $740 Million (A$1 Billion) contract between the government and tech giants, IBM. Eddie Hughes MP, the UK Housing Minister has today released a report which explores the Blockchain under the guise of FREER. According to the report: “FREER is a major new initiative from the IEA promoting a freer economy and a freer society. FREER will be housed within the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA).
