You can now disable comments on Twitter, Binance CEO CZ explains why he has done it
  • CZ has recently said that he disabled comments on his Twitter for his posts in order to weed out the scammers. 
  • CZ said he partially disabled ability for people to comment on his tweets in order to better respond and engage.

One of the most well-known figures within the crypto space and the head/chief executive officer of one of the biggest platforms in the industry Binance, CZ has recently said that he disabled comments on his Twitter for his posts in order to weed out the scammers. 

Speaking to Cointelegraph, CZ said he partially disabled ability for people to comment on his tweets in order to better respond and engage. This is a new feature from the social network which the CEO has taken full advantage of

With this new option being rolled out to a small percentage of people, CZ enjoyed testing these new functions as he described himself as an early adopter. He added saying that Twitter is not a perfect platform by any means, highlighting the scammers and trolls that are rife throughout the platform.

"To clarify, my intention for using the new 'people you follow can reply' feature is not to cut off people’s opinions," he said. "I welcome people to voice how they are feeling and also challenge me or our services so we can be better."
