Bitmain Is One of the Best Places to Work at in China Today!

Bitcoin mining equipment typically comes from China, which is home for the biggest equipment designers in the world. According to LinkedIn, one of these bitcoin mining rigs has surfaced as a popular destination for job seeker in the world’s second-biggest economy.

Said bitcoin rig is Bitmain, which the third biggest and best startup to work for in the nation.

Going off a report by CCN, headquartered in Beijing, Btmain boasts around 2,500 employees stationed across the globe.

“The crypto mining equipment manufacturer was only outranked by Chinese ride-hailing giant DiDi Chuxing and internet content firm ByteDance. The rankings were based on feedback from LinkedIn users.

The criteria used to rank included the ability of the company to attract job candidates from other leading employers, interest level in jobs advertised, employee engagement, and employment growth.”

Given that Bitmain is a top-three ranking is an indication that despite the setbacks and negative headlines that the firm faced in recent months, it’s still appealing for those looking for work in China.

On top of this, we also have a crypto firm in the top three of best employers. That’s got to do something for adoption, surely?

The rise in the price of cryptocurrencies has been often accompanied by an increase of general interest by big institutional investors, as well as just regular investors. At the end of 2017, we saw a lot more people enter the market who probably never even heard of cryptocurrency and get involved with the space. Maybe this increase in interest has helped Bitmain become a top 3 company to work at? Or maybe it's just the environment they go for. Who knows, but whatever it is, it’s working.
