Anarchapulco - Brian Wilson Meets Dominic Frisby

Hey what’s up Crypto Daily fans, I’m Brian Wilson and today, I sit down

With Dominic Frisby. Dominic holds the unusual distinction of being the world’s only financial writer and comedian. His book, bitcoin: the future of money published in 2014, was the first book on bitcoin from a recognized publisher. He co-wrote and narrated four horsemen, the “internet sensation” film about the global financial crisis, he writes a weekly investment column for moneyweek magazine, and is a regular contributor to the guardian and independent. He is director of recently launched privacy-tech investment vehicle, cypherpunk holdings (cse:hodl).

You might have seen his viral video, debt bomb, which was a hilarious and informative sort of music video set in a congressional setting… watch it! Dominic is also one of the speakers of the upcoming event cryptopulco, which is part of anarchapulco in Acapulco Mexico 14 to 17 February 2019 next month. It is an incredible event with a superstar lineup of speakers and attendees. I will be attending and covering that event for crypto daily and I will be doing interviews with the speakers from that event in the coming days and weeks to give you some insight into what will be going on there, sort of a prequel to the cryptopulco/anarchapulco event.

Today is the first of those interviews and I’m ecstatic it is with Dominic Frisby, Dominic, i love your work. Thank you so much for being with us today. So I’d like to just open the floor to you and let you tell our listeners, viewers and readers a bit about you and what you have going on. Can you give us some insight into what you will be covering at cryptopulco next month in Mexico?

Fascinating, I can’t wait to hear the full thing and to meet you in person. Privacy is so important, and it seems the world is starting to wake up to that fact in some regards, which is good thing. But we are still not quite there yet. Cypherpunk holdings is an investment firm that invests in privacy focused cryptocurrencies and technologies. Dominic, what would you say is important to you and society as a whole about cypherpunk holdings now and in the future?

So, how and why did you take on the role of director of cypherpunk

Holdings? That’s awesome! A little off topic here, but do you have any crypto related material for your stand up that you do and if so, can you share some of that with us? Oh man, haha.
