Obviously, those that are donating content are set to receive rewards in the form of TRX, though there is a little more to it than just that. Seeders will be paid based on how much bandwidth they allocate to the network, as well as for the type of content that they share. In essence, the more effort and resource they put into their file sharing, the more TRX they can earn. Will this impact TRX? Yes.
